StompSoft sells these product's which are supposed to help you secure your computer while you are on the internet.

I made the mistake and purchased StealthSurf for a total of $39.11 with shipping. After I installed the program, I found out
that it "DID NOT WORK AT ALL". I called per the instructions included with the product (long distance), and asked
for an RMA number so that I could return my product "because it does not work as advertised". I WAS REFUSED!

You see that 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, that's why I took a chance a bought this product. I figured if it didn't work, I
could get my money back......

What is StompSoft's Refund Policy for Online and Retail Purchases? Procedures for our Online CD/ESD Customer Purchases.
StompSoft offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that all StompSoft products purchased through the StompSoft WebSite will perform
as advertised. StompSoft will refund the purchase price, less shipping & handling, within 30 days of the purchase if our
software does not perform as advertised. Refunds will be authorized if you first speak with our technical support staff and
they determine the software is not performing as advertised. At that point, an RMA or Letter of Destruction (LOD) will be
authorized by our support department and then issued to you. You must prominently mark your packaging containing the returned
product with the RMA Number. To request a refund for a downloaded product, please follow the steps below: 1. Request a Letter
of Destruction (LOD) from StompSoft Customer Service by calling 1.949.263.8560.
2. An LOD will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
3. Instructions in that email will inform you how to submit your completed LOD.
4. Upon receiving the LOD the StompSoft Customer Service Department will validate the refund according to our refund policy.
All requests must be within the refund period for that product. Most consumer products are subject to a 30-day refund policy.

5. Approved requests will receive a credit within 5 to 7 business days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear
on the same credit card statement as the original charge.

Any product received by StompSoft without an RMA# will be refused and returned. Remember, unsupported devices do not qualify
as support issues. Therefore, if you are unsure whether your device is on our support list, please visit our Device Support
List (DSL) or download our 30-day trials from our web site. Procedures for Retail Customer Purchases
Refunds for retail purchases (any purchase not transacted through the StompSoft Web site) will be handled by the individual
retailer. Please check your retailer's return policy before purchasing.
What StompSoft's Policy Means:
When you call, like I did to ask for an RMA number you will be refused. They will tell you everything from your mouse
to your computer could be the reason that the software program is not working correctly. Even if the tech support people cannot
find the problem, they will not give you a RMA number so that you can return you product. WHY? It's quite simple. StompSoft's
Policy is once they sell their product they will not refund your money.
Please do not buy from this company before checking with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. There
are always other reputable company's eager for your online buisness. It's better to be safe than be sorry!
When I called StompSoft to ask for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so that I could return my product I was
refused. I was told that the technical support staff had to determine if the software was performing properly or not. I was
then told that the problem could be because of several different reasons ranging from my mouse to my computer. I was then
asked several questions, one of which was what kind of browser do you use? I said "I use Opera". I was told that
the StealthSurf program was not compatible with the Opera browser. I was not given an RMA number nor the time of day. It's
funny, but before I bought this program - there was no mention of any conflict of a browser issue with the StealthSurf product.
Now, it seems that it only works with Internet Explorer - I guess they forgot to mention that in their advertising!

Here's my actual reciept from StompSoft.
I have reported StompSoft to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. But, I do not expect to get
my money returned to me. My only hope is to keep other's from getting ripped -off by the same company! Be sure to tell your
friends and neighbors about this company also.

I have heard nothing from the company, I have not received any e-mails, and my money has still not been refunded to my
account. Plus, now I am out of pocket for $6.56 shipping!

In May I went down to my credit union and asked them to help me get my money back from this worthless company that likes to
cheat and lie to honest people. If it were not for my credit union, I would be out more than this! The Credit Union has employee's
trained to handle these kinds of problems, and they are the best! I fully expect expect to get a letter from the Credit Union
telling me that the returned money in my account will stay there, and that StompSoft was in the wrong for not returning my
money to me in the first place. I only wish the Credit Union would make StompSoft reimburse me for the shipping of their product
back to them, because it fully did not do what they said it would do in their advertisement on their webpage at all!

Well it looks like my credit union finally got the attention of StompSoft and Carlos Amaya. How convenient it was for StompSoft
to lose my returned package, until my credit union contacted them. Mr. Amaya is wrong though when he say's he is sending "ME"
a check....he is actually reimbursing my credit union because my credit union has already put the disputed funds back into
my account.


Well it look's like the people at StompSoft dug down deep into their pockets and took up a collection and sent me my money
that it cost me to return their own product to them, which I shouldn't have had to do in the first place if their software
would have worked properly like they said it would have. Thank You, Now we are even again! You have you software, and I have
my money plus the knowledge of another software company to stay away from.

STOMPSOFT IS CRAP!!!!!

Removes unneeded files from your computer from programs that have been installed and then un-installed. Also, removes
any duplicate files that you may have. These files slow down your computer and are unnecessary. The cost for this program
is now $29.95
This software is rated CRAP, stay away from it and the company. It works for a short time, but then it just craps-out
and dies. I had this happen twice with mine, and then had a big go-round with the company about why it quit working. It would
not re-install and work and nothing they asked me to do would make it work. They tried to put the blame on my computer - isn't
that always the case with these software company's, it must be your computer that's bad because we built some damn fine software!
As a last option, they suggested I purchase another CD-Rom from them. Being stupid, I agreed to have another CD-Rom of Registry
Medic sent to me. Upon arrival I installed the CD and it worked beautifully - but now again just a few months down the road,
here we are again...and the company dosn't remember jack shit about anything, my name, my problem with their software program,
or them re-sending me a new CD-Rom of Registry Medic. And would you believe this shit. "They had the nerve to tell me
that their software would not just stop working".
My first purchase of Registry Medic was on February 25, 2004
My second purchase was on January 3, 2005
(Their software only appears to last around a year or less for $29.95)

is a totally FREEWARE and will do everything that Registry Medic will do - except quit working. I've been using Easy Cleaner
and it works great. Don't pay for software programs when there are freeware programs that do the same thing, and oftentimes

I want to take time out to describe the experiance that I had at a Long John Silvers/A&W resturant I stopped at to pick-up
some dinner to take home, and the way the company treats and cares about it's customers.
On June 30, 2005, I stopped into the new Long John Silvers/A&W resturant in my hometown to get some dinner and take it
home, which is about 1 mile away from the resturant. After carrying the food and drink to my brand new Honda Element that
I just purchased, I set the bag on my seat just long enough to put my drink between the seats in the cup holder and when
I picked up the bag it had left a grease stain on my drivers seat that I have not been able to remove. When I got home the
food was cold and saturated in grease - all of the food tasted bad, and I had to throw most of it away. I have been trying
to to get in touch with someone from Long John Silvers to complain about the terrible food that I received and the grease
stain that the food bag has left on my new car seat for more than three weeks. I have e-mailed Long John Silvers 3 times,
and I have received 3 e-mails back from customer support, telling me that someone will contact me within 24 to 48 hours...but
of course no one has ever contacted me. I finally did receive a letter on July 19, 2005 from Don Crockett (Area Coach), he
sent me four coupons for free dinners at any Long John Silvers resturants. When I called him to ask for his address so I could
return the coupons he about fell over. You people think everyone is looking for a free meal, he didn't know anything about
my experience at the resturant that day, and when I told him that I would never eat at your resturants again and all I wanted
was the grease stain removed from my drivers seat, he had the nerve to tell me to take it back to the dealer where I bought
it from and tell them to remove the grease stain. I don't think it was Honda's fault, lets point the finger at the guilty
party - (Long John Silvers is to blame here).
The grease came from your bag of nasty food, and it only took about 5 to 10 seconds. It just looks like you really don't
care about your customers so I will not be back to any of your resturants, here or any other location. I wanted Long John
Silvers to know how this resturant was treating it's customers and the sort of food that they were giving out. But I see that
Long John Silvers just dosen't care as long as the resturant is making money, that's what it's all about isn't it? You only
care about the money - not the customers! Here's the bottom line, you don't have a corporate website or e-mail address or
1-800 number, and I'm guessing that's because you get lots of complaints from customers, or it's to keep down the number of
complaints. Either way I'm all done trying to get you to clean your grease stain from my car seat. I'm returning your four
free coupons and I don't expect to hear from you again, and I will pay out of my own pocket to have my seat cleaned.
I'll be sure to let everyone know what Long John Silvers/A&W thinks about it's customers by putting this complaint
on my website.
In May 2002 Long John Silver's became a part of YUM! Brands Inc.
Yum! Brands Inc. also owns A&W, KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants.
I now Boycott all of these resturants, and will never return to any of them!
Sonic, Burger King, Popeyes, Ci-Ci's Pizza, and Cozumel's are all better choices than those offered above!

Unbeatable Prices - I'VE SEEN CHEAPER.......Unsurpassed Service - THAT'S LAUGHABLE
On August 31, 2005 I used my credit card and paid $95.40 for 1 year of hosting service with Midphase webhosting. I was promised
unlimited bandwidth and an easy to use control panel in their "site builder" web page building program. They transferred
all of my current web pages to their server and then the fun began. I couldn't access my control panel, because it wouldn't
accept the password and username that I was given to me by Midphase. I had to call 3 or 4 times to get the answers I needed,
and then I was told by the sales person/Tech that my browser was not compatible with their site builder program. Now, there
was no mention of this limitation before I paid for my service with Midphase and you would think that they would ask you what
type of browser you are using if there is a compatibility problem with their program - BEFORE YOU PAY. Now that I am asking
for a refund, I am told by the billing department that I probably will not get a full refund. The only reason that I can think
of as to why I Midphase would not be giving me a full refund is because they are Not an honest company, and I would recommend
that if you are looking for a web hosting service - You look elsewhere, for an honest and reputable company, "somewhere
where your browser will be compatible".

I finally received an e-mail from MidPhase about how much I was going to get screwed out of.

I didn't ask for or want a domain name - MidPhase refused to let me have access to my website after I paid for 1 year of service
until I gave them a domain name, so I made one up. Now I'm being penalized for having a domain name that they made me give
them and charging me $21.95 for that domain that I didn't want or have any use for. (ALWAYS READ ALL OF THE FINE PRINT BEFORE
YOU PAY OR AGREE TO ANYTHING).
(When I signed up with MidPhase I told them I wasn't interested in a domain name, nor did I want one, but all I was told
was that it was free with the account. Read the following MidPhase Review.)

Now, if you dig deeper and read all of MidPhase's rules, you will eventually find this statement. It basiclly covers their
ass, and allows them to screw customers out of their money.
